DEVOLUCIONES y CAMBIOS
No se aceptan devoluciones.
Si usted recibió un artículo con defecto de fabricación o con daños causados por el envío, Inglés Sobre Ruedas reemplazará el producto en forma inmediata.
Todo reemplazo requiere que Ud. devuelva el producto dañado dentro de los 15 días inmediatos de haberlo recibido.
Especifique el daño del producto y remítalo a la dirección indicada abajo. En caso de que el defecto indicado no se identifique, el producto será devuelto al remitente.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you received a product that has manufacturer defects or with damages incurred during shipping, Ingles Sobre Ruedas will replace the product immediately.
All replacements require that you return the faulty or damaged product within 15 days of delivery.
Describe the damage incurred or the manufacturer defect and ship the product to the address below. In case that the damage or defect is not found the product will be returned to the return address.
